How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day sleep trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your cushion, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus return shipping costs.
Are the cushion covers machine washable?
Yes, most of our cushions feature a removable, zippered cover that is machine washable. We recommend washing on a cold, gentle cycle and air drying to maintain fabric integrity.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We stand by our quality. All Cushion Lab products come with a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and abnormal foam compression.
What materials are used in your cushions?
Our cushions are crafted using our proprietary Extra-Dense Hyper-Soft memory foam and recycled polyester covers, ensuring both ergonomic support and environmental responsibility.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to more countries in the near future.
